Tex Mex Tortilla Chips. These traditionally baked chips are prepared with only natural ingredients, without additives and preservatives. Delicious to combine with dips such as Delicious Tortilla dip sauce, guacamole, chili sauce, sour cream and so on. Extra delicious with melted cheese, see the recipe for this!
Delicious to combine with all dishes as an aperitif or snack.
Place the chips in a shallow ovenproof dish and sprinkle with cheese. Tip: a layer of chips, a layer of cheese, on top of that another layer of chips and finally a last layer of cheese does not ensure a single tortilla chip without cheese! Sprinkle with some chopped bell peppers or chillies to taste, if desired. Place in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 7 to 10 minutes until the cheese has melted. Then serve the Tortilla Chips with Delicious Tortilla Dipping Sauce and other sauces of your choice.
